"Capital Women's Wellness Wave" is a free, community-driven event designed to bring women together through the joy of movement. This event is perfect for all fitness levels—whether you're a seasoned athlete or just beginning your wellness journey.

We'll start the day with a vibrant, instructor-led outdoor yoga and stretching session to awaken the body and calm the mind. Following this, we'll engage in a fun, low-impact cardio dance workout set to uplifting music, celebrating strength and rhythm in the heart of D.C.

But it's not just about breaking a sweat! After the workouts, we'll facilitate small connection circles where participants can share stories, goals, and build meaningful relationships. We'll also have a healthy snack and hydration station with complimentary fruit, granola bars, and infused water.
